Abstract :
The aim of the research was to study the impact of teacher leadership style on primary school student's creativity in Kazerooon town. In this correlational study, the population included all fourth and fifth grade students in primary schools in Kazerooon town. 40 teachers and 120 students were selected through cluster random sampling method. Data collection was carried out through administering Alwani’s questionnaire for leadership style and Abedi’s creativity test. Their validity were measured through expert opinion and Cronbach α coefficients were significant (α = 0.79 α = 0.83) respectively. The result of one-way ANOVA indicated that the students who have teachers with a mixed leadership style, have higher creativity than the students who have a teacher with task-oriented or relationship-oriented style (F= 5.19, p<0.01). There was not any relationship between teacher sex and student's creativity (F=0.006, p<0.93), but the effect of interaction between teacher sex and teacher leadership style on the student's creativity was significant (F= 3.23, p< 0.05). The result of T-test indicated that there wasn't any significant different between girls and boy's creativity (F= 2.15, p<0.03).
