The relationship between employee creativity and organizational maturity with intellectual capital Vocational School Girls doctor Shariati Tehran

Abstract :
The study consisted of all employees Vocational School in Tehran Shariati doctor 95-1394 that their number is (291) persons. According to Morgan sample size table and then simple random sampling (165) people were identified. its reliability through Cronbach's alpha, respectively, 0/879, 0/938 and0/907, respectively, the data collected using indicators and multiple regression analysis and correlation analysis were ANOVA table. The results show that: 1) the employee creativity and organizational maturity and there is a significant positive correlation with intellectual capital. 2) between employee creativity and its dimensions and there is a significant positive correlation with intellectual capital, and the correlation dimension greater flexibility. 3) between the dimensions of organizational maturity and intellectual capital there is a significant positive relationship, and this correlation is greater in the individual maturity.
