Effective Leadership among Islamic Azad University Managers

Abstract :

AbstractThe main purpose of the present study was to do a survey the effective leadershipamong Islamic Azad university (IAU) managers. The population consisted of all theIAU managers in different IAU zones. Using cluster random sampling, 558managers were selected. A researcher-made Questionnaire of Effective Leadershipwas administered on the employees. The results of one-way ANOVA and LSDfollow-up test analysis indicated that there was no significant relationship betweenIAU managers’ effective leadership regarding the zones of the university. Also, themean score of the managers’ effective leadership in zone 3 was higher than zone 10,zone 8 higher than zones 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 10, and 12, zone 9 was higher than 6 and 10,and finally zone 11 was shown to have higher mean score than zones 6 and 10.
