The Ability to Explain the Effectiveness of Education Organizations By the Components of Organizational Intelligence and their Prioritization

Abstract :

AbstractOrganizational intelligence is a new concept in the field of organizational literature and management that includes all the intellectual capacities of the organization's employees. The success of any organization in achieving its goals is guaranteed by intelligent human resources. Education organizations also need highly intelligent organizational staff to achieve their goals (organizational effectiveness). The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of educational organizations by the components of organizational intelligence. The statistical population includes all education staff in the district of Tehran, 82 of whom have been selected based on Cochran's formula by systematic random sampling. The research method is descriptive-correlational and based on the objectives is an applied research. The measuring instrument is the standard Albrecht organizational intelligence questionnaire with 49 items and Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.98 and the researcher-made organizational effectiveness questionnaire by Hamidi with 20 items and Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.96, the validity of which has been confirmed by technical professors. Data were analyzed at the level of descriptive statistics (frequency, mean and standard deviation) and at the level of inferential statistics using SPSS software through Kalmogorov-Smirnov test, univariate regression analysis and Friedman rank test.Findings show that all components of organizational intelligence are able to predict the effectiveness of education organizations. Of course, among the components of organizational intelligence, the component of morale has the lowest share of correlation with organizational effectiveness and has the least predictive power. Also, according to the findings of Friedman rank test, the morale component with the highest average rank is in the first priority.
