The effect of entrepreneurial management training on the entrepreneurial awareness of Chamran campus students Farhangian University with the mediating role of education effectiveness

Abstract :
Every society seeks to prepare the ground for the growth and development of entrepreneurial activities and direct a significant part of its funds in this direction. One of these capitals that can be considered as a competitive advantage in the entrepreneurial economy is human power. For this reason, part of the educational programs in an entrepreneur-oriented economy is aimed at developing individual capabilities for entrepreneurial movements. The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of entrepreneurial management training on the entrepreneurial awareness of Chamran campus students of Farhangian University with the mediating role of training effectiveness. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlation in terms of nature and method. The statistical population of the research consists of 104 elementary education undergraduate students who participated in the online entrepreneurship training course.Sampling was done through a simple random method and the sample size of 84 people was determined using Morgan's table. A questionnaire was used to collect data. Structural equation method and SmartPLS software were used to check research hypotheses. The obtained results show that entrepreneurial management training has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial consciousness and the effect of training. Also, the mediating role of the effectiveness of education in the influence of entrepreneurial management education on entrepreneurial consciousness was accepted and it was shown that the university provides entrepreneurial management education along with scientific education and sometimes technical skills of the field in question, this causes students who have entrepreneurial characteristics from their family They have brought with them and they have also seen entrepreneurial management training, and they want to start a business.Entrepreneurial awareness increases economic growth, increases productivity, and creates new technology, goods and services, and better export performance, and offers to help those students who have not received entrepreneurship training, and on the other hand, these suggestions lead to the strengthening of trained students.
