Determining and Prioritizing Dimensions and Indicators of Women's Managerial and Professional Capabilities (Case study of research and Education Organization Affiliated to Khuzestan Governorate)

Abstract :
The successful and effective performance of professional management positions in organizations requires a set of competencies, skills, abilities and special characteristics. On the other hand, taking advantage of the capacity of women and men in executive positions is considered an essential need for the development of society. Therefore, the presence of women in management positions improves the performance of the country's management and organizations; Therefore, the use of women's capacity can also leave favorable results in the management field of the country. Based on this, the main goal of this research was to determine and prioritize the dimensions and indicators of managerial capabilities and professional qualifications of women in Khuzestan governorate. The research method of this research was based on the purpose of applied type, according to the method of data collection, it was descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of the present study included all employees and experts of Khuzestan Governorate (200 people), the sample size of which was 119 people and were selected by random sampling method. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire, which was calculated using the face validity method and reliability with Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.89. Descriptive statistics with SPSS24 software and inferential structural equation approach with AMOS software were used for data analysis. The results showed that there are 5 levels and 15 indicators in relation to women's managerial abilities and professional qualifications, which at the first level (determination of basic strategic advantages, strategic analysis and strategic pathfinding); Second level (professional knowledge and professional commitment); at the third level (leadership and identification of obstacles to the entry of women); They were in the fourth level (research sufficiency, technological sufficiency, global and international political sufficiency and professional practice) and in the fifth level (social sufficiency, cultural sufficiency and economic sufficiency).
