Abstract :
The aim of this study was to Identifying Factors Influencing Human Resource Improvement in Education. This research was qualitative in terms of purpose and qualitative in terms of data type. The statistical population included university experts and senior directors of education and training, and based on targeted sampling, 23 experts were selected. A semi-structured interview was used to collect data. The method of data analysis was theoretical coding derived from the method of data foundation theory. The results showed that the factors influencing the improvement of human resource selection and its components, respectively, are the behavior of professional citizens (individual characteristics, social responsibility, behavior in society); Job performance (professional performance, organizational performance, research performance); Innovation (individual, organizational, social). However, the findings showed that attention to human resources in education as a basis for production and service delivery in organizations is one of the basic strategies in increasing the efficiency and productivity of this organization.
