Providing organizational health model in government offices

Abstract :
The present study aimed to provide an organizational health model in government offices. In terms of purpose, the present study is a developmental and applied research that has a mixed approach (quantitative and qualitative). The statistical population of the study in the quantitative part included administrative health experts in government organizations of Mazandaran province and in the quantitative part included 292 heads, managers and deputies of government organizations in Mazandaran province, in the qualitative part, 24 people non-randomly The method of snowball until the theoretical saturation of the data and in a quantitative part 168 people were selected by cluster sampling as a statistical sample. Findings show that organizational health in government offices in Mazandaran province was identified into 57 indicators in 13 components and 3 dimensions. The identified dimensions are organizational, managerial and behavioral dimensions. For the organizational dimension, the criteria of approach, accountability, sociability, learning and atmosphere, for the management dimension, the criteria of leadership, motivation, process and finance, and for the behavioral dimension, the criteria of innovation, culture building, staff development and accreditation are divided. The results indicate that in designing the native model of organizational health in government offices of Mazandaran province, three organizational, managerial and behavioral dimensions should be considered.
