Most studies focus on security factors and security forces. In line with the above issue, the author has raised the main question: what is the role of security literacies in preventing unrest in the Islamic Republic of Iran?To answer this question, the author first provides definitions of security literacies by examining credible domestic and foreign documents and sources, and then explains the role of these literacy in preventing unrest. In order to validate the theoretical findings, the author prepared a researcher-made questionnaire and distributed it among 50 related experts. The findings of the research confirmed by experts and specialists show that there is a significant and direct relationship between the level and level of security literacies in society and the prevention of unrest. In other words, the amount and quality of social security literacies is one of the factors determining the country's ability to prevent unrest. Institutionalizing and internalizing security literacies provides a good platform for the security and safety of society in the face of challenges such as unrest or preventing its escalation.
