Abstract :
The current research was applied in terms of its purpose and in terms of conducting quantitative research and structural equation modeling research.The statistical population of this research was all the employees of the general sports and youth departments of the provinces all over the country.332people were selected as a sample by simple random.The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire that was prepared and compiled through interviews with experts and experts.The form and content validity of the questionnaire was checked by9professors and experts, and the reliability of the instrument was obtained by Cronbach's alpha coefficient, and its construct validity was confirmed by confirmatory factor analysis based on the structural equation model.The results showed that the development of organizational capabilities has a positive and significant effect on adaptive capabilities.The development of organizational capabilities has a positive and significant effect on individual capabilities.The development of organizational capabilities has a positive and significant effect on core capabilities.The development of organizational capabilities has a positive and significant effect on knowledge capabilities.The development of organizational capabilities has a positive and significant effect on competitive capabilities. Also,cultural capabilities,the development of organizational capabilities has a positive and significant effect on cultural capabilities.Finally,it was found that the cultural capabilities of developing organizational capabilities have a positive and significant effect on dynamic capabilities.
