Effect of dietary mannan oligosaccharide and β-1,3 glucan on growth , survival and body composition of Kutum fry were investigated for 45 days. Basal diet were supplemented with (control), 0.5 and 1.0 g prebiotic per kg commercial diet (containing 35% protein and 12% lipid) in a totally randomized design trial in triplicate groups. The experiment carried out in 40 liters plastic tanks. 20 juveniles Kutum with initially average weight 646.7± 13.3 mg were stocked in tanks and fed up a day. The fish fed diet without prebiotic had better performance than other experimental diets and showed significant differences in feed conversation ratio, feed intake, protein efficiency ratio, body mass gain, feed efficiency, lipoid efficiency ratio, lipid product value,lipid gain, survival rate and price index (P
