Abstract :

The present research was conducted with the aim of pathology of the process of appointment and promotion of workers' welfare bank of Tehran province. This research is in the framework of a mixed approach and by using the research method of oriented content analysis to obtain the views of the participants about the harms related to the process of appointment and promotion of the employees of Refah Bank of Tehran province in the qualitative part and using the statistical method. An inference was made to validate the research findings in the quantitative section. The participants in the qualitative part were 17 CEOs, Deputy CEOs, Affairs Managers and Heads of Departments of Refah Bank of Tehran Province, who were selected as participants in the research by observing the principle of theoretical saturation and using the purposeful sampling method. The selected community in the quantitative section were the heads of branches of Refah Bank and 131 people. Data analysis tools were Maxqda and Spss software. It showed that the number of 35 damages in the form of 8 components can include the damages in the appointment and promotion process of Refah Bank employees based on the three-pronged model. Improper performance evaluation system, weakness in organizational structure and weakness in selection and evaluation as structural damages; Attention and focus on relationships, lack of motivation and satisfaction and job security and the existence of deviance platforms among bank employees and managers as behavioral harms and lack of expertise and skills and weakness in management and leadership as background harms in the process of appointment and promotion the employees of Refah Bank of Tehran province were identified. According to the averages obtained in the qualitative and quantitative sections, the experts evaluated the identified damages in all positive dimensions and included structural, behavioral and contextual damages in the order of priority.
