Abstract :
Cadmium is dangerous due to the properties such as persistence and accumulation in the environment. The aim of this study is of the protective effect of chieko fruiton the damage of testes tissue in rats treated with cadmium. This experimental study was performed on 42 adult maleWistar rats. The rats were divided in to 7 groups. The control group received food and water. Sham1 group wereinjected with 0.2 ml distilled water. Sham2 group was injected with 0.2 mg/Kg B.W.Cadmium. Sham3 group wereinjected with 100 mg/Kg B.W. chieko extract. The experimentalgroups1, 2 and 3 in the first day of testing, 0.2 mg / Kg B.W. Also cadmium(0.2 mg/Kg B.W.) and50, 100 and 200mg / Kg B.W. chieko extractwas injected to the experimental 1, 2 and 3 groupsrespectively. After 14 days, the mice hearts were bled and the serumlevelsof their sex hormone were examined.Data was collected by using SPSS software and by one-way variance analytical tests (ANOVA) in significance P
