Abstract :
Competence is a multi-dimensional concept defined as the ability to perform special tasks. In other words, competence is the knowledge، skill، ability، personality traits, and skills that result in the effective performance of a task. In the present study، the impact of a diverse learning environment on entrepreneurial competencies was investigated with the mediation of self-efficacy and cognitive flexibility in Shahreza Technical and Vocational Colleges. The current research was descriptive and correlational. The statistical population included all the students of technical، vocational، and science colleges in Shahreza city in the last three months of 1401-1402. In present research، Cochran's formula was used to determine the sample size of all 831 students of technical، vocational and science conservatories in Shahreza، and 263 students were selected. In order to analyze the data، descriptive statistics methods (frequency، percentage، graph and average) were used to describe and classify the information، Cronbach's alpha was used to determine the reliability of the questionnaires، and structural equations were used to test the research hypotheses. The findings showed that the diverse learning environment has an effect on entrepreneurship skills through the mediation of self-efficacy and cognitive flexibility in students of technical، vocational and work-knowledge conservatories in Shahreza City.
