Analyzing the relationship between interactive leadership style with responsibility and passion for work

The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between interactive leadership style with responsibility and willingness to work. The purpose of the research was applied, data collection method, field and implementation method, descriptive-correlation. The statistical population consisted of all employees of an Iranian organization (N = 986). The sample size was estimated to be 278 according to Morgan table and simple random sampling method was used to select the sample. Data collection tools were Bass Interactive Leadership Questionnaire (2000), Carroll Responsibility Questionnaire (1991) and Shuffle Enthusiasm Questionnaire (2001) on a 5-point Likert scale with alpha coefficients of 0.82, 0.84 and 0.79. Kolmogorov-Smirnov (K-S) tests, Pearson correlation coefficient and structural equation modeling technique using SPSS-22 and Lisrel statistical software were used to analyze the data. The results showed that there is a relationship between interactive leadership style with responsibility and desire to work and the effect of interactive leadership style on responsibility is 78% and on work ethic is 65%.
