Abstract :
The purpose of this research is to provide a model for the satisfaction of business agents and resources in a sustainable smart city. The current research is applied in terms of purpose and is of a developmental and explanatory type in such a way that a mathematical model is used to advance the research goals. In addition, the method of collecting information is library-based and numerical examples are used to collect data about the parameters of the model. Data analysis is done using MATLAB software. For this purpose, a mathematical model was designed to explain the satisfaction of three factors: business owner, customer and business resources, as well as environmental and social responsibilities. Then, all 5 models were analyzed in the form of a balanced single-objective model. The results showed that some parameters such as increasing the maximum time limit for receiving the product and increasing the product price limit can lead to improved customer satisfaction, but factors such as the cost of materials and overhead lead to more dissatisfaction because they lead to an increase in the product price. became a customer and at the same time it can include the dissatisfaction of the employer or the owner.
