Abstract :
With the breakdown of the Soviet Union and its collapse which interpreted as the defeat of communism and also the defeatof credibility ofWestern theories and aftermaththe Cold Warended.Followingtheideas ofvariouspolitical theories and in orderto explain thesituationchangedandthe newinternational andglobal changemonitoringprocessemerge.The analysisofferedbythe new situation,allofthiswasthestarting point that theSoviet collapsemeantthe Western victory.Amonganalysispresented,twotheorieshaveattractedmore attention:Onetheorywasoptimistic by Francis Fukuyamathat considered futuremilitaryunipolarworlddominated by theliberal democracies ofthe West andthe secondtheory belongedtoHuntingtonthat believednew world has achieved to a stagewhere nocountriesandpolicymakers, butcivilizationandculturemakerswill be as key players.Huntington'stheoryis thatbythe end ofthe Cold Wareraideologicalbattleendsand a new erabegins as themainconflict is betweencivilizations.Althoughhistheoryabout manyimportant issues in the worldis notresponding,but formany events, such ascivil war inYugoslavia,the rise ofreligious fundamentalism, civil strife in Russia,businessescalation between AmericaandJapan, etc.has shownaremarkable ability. Americansforarchitecture"new order" and "world leader" in the"post-Soviet" done a lot ofeffortandhighcostswerealsoincurred.Theories such as "new internationalorder", "end of history" andor"clash of civilizations" can be studied andanalysedinthispaper.The paper alsodiscussestheglobal situationafter the Cold War. In this study, on the one handglobal trendsin the post-Cold War, deals especially afterSeptember elevenand on the other side,theoriesto explainthesituationanalysisiscritical.
