Abstract :
Abstract In recent decades, the important part of dominant soul of the relations between European Union-EU and other countries has been formed of the human rights subjects and problems. European Union, with the Maastricht Treaty in 1992, entered the respect conditions to human rights for third world countries as essential element and also shows the high sensitive than to human rights subjects. Concerning the EU Relations with Islamic Republic of Iran and Southern States of Persian Gulf, it has always been truth. Current paper, reviews the European Union’s Human Rights Policy towards I.R.­ Iran and Saudi Arabia as Comparatively. This paper tries to analyze the violations of human rights standards, defined by European Union, towards Iran and Saudi Arabia and also reviews the effect of its behavior on foreign policy for European Union towards these two countries.
