Abstract :
Extensive scientific research has been done in the field of time-cost and time-cost-quality balance in previous years. The approach of most of them has been to optimize the problem, add other parameters such as quality, delay, etc. In total, all these efforts have tried to bring the most realistic conditions of the project into the problem. Despite the fact that project goals such as time, cost and quality are determined before project implementation, there are many projects that have failed to achieve their goals and deviate greatly from the specified time, cost and desired quality. have. One of the main causes of these deviations is not paying attention to the uncertainties that may occur in each project and schedule. Project risk is an important and detailed topic that many researchers have ignored due to the excessive complexity of this factor in the scheduling issue. The purpose of this research is to provide a model to solve the problem of time-cost-quality and risk balance. For this purpose, the approach of fuzzy numbers and genetic algorithm was used. Next, the proposed algorithm was tested in a real construction project and its efficiency was evaluated.
