Pattern of resolving non-performing demands of the Iranian banking system using the experience of other countries

Abstract :
This study, on the one hand, seeks to identify the factors and factors contributing to the creation and spread of deferred claims in the Iranian banking system, and on the other hand, to provide solutions and methods based on the experience of other countries to resolve these claims. In this regard, the proposed model derives from comparing the experience of other countries in the framework of multi-criteria decision making. The results of evaluation of the proposed model based on the experience of other countries and using hierarchical analysis approach show that in general three external, internal and complex factors are effective in creating and expanding non-performing demands in the Iranian banking system. Among these factors, the poor quality of banking assets, the loophole in monetary and banking law, and international sanctions are most influenced by the opinion polls. Based on the results of this study, setting up an asset management company, setting up out-of-court settlement settlements in banks, settling claims through judicial authorities, establishing a bad bank to buy non-bank claims, and clearing out the most important balance sheet solutions and solutions. The chapter on non-performing claims is in the Iranian banking system.
