Abstract :
Quantitative research is applied with modeling approach and structural equations. The statistical population of this study consisted of the staff of the physical education faculties of the free universities of Tehran province, including the employees working in the physical education and full-time faculty members and the number of teaching staff, 320 people. Sample size using SPSS Sample Power software. And the sampling method was random stratified. And questionnaires including personal characteristics and organizational communication questionnaire including intra-organizational communication with 3 components of coordination, participation and communication and to measure external communication from Khodadadi standard questionnaire (2011 with 3 components of organizational interaction with external stakeholders), communication with customers / Audience and PR used. Also, Robbins and Coulter (1989) Organizational Entrepreneurship Questionnaire with components of creativity, risk-taking, independence, motivation and determination, and the performance questionnaire of Asadi et al. And the environment is used. The results of structural equation modeling analysis in Figure 4 showed that the mediating role of organizational entrepreneurship in the relationship between external communication factors and employee performance was significant. Based on the results of the structural equation model, it was found that the mediating role of organizational entrepreneurship in the relationship between external organizational factors and employee performance has been significant. On the other hand, external communication with indirect path coefficient of 0.385 can predict employee performance through organizational entrepreneurship and the model has the necessary fit.
