Abstract :

Burnout is one of the most important factors affecting job leaving among store staff and the quality of service. The purpose of this study is to predict the burnout of store employees based on tolerating ambiguity and self-compassion This correlation study was randomly selected on 135 employees of one of the chain stores in Isfahan. Data were collected using questionnaires: Apprentice burnout (MBT), self-compassion and Simmons and Gaher distress tolerance (DTS). Data analysis was performed using Pearson correlation coefficient, multivariate regression and SPSS-26 software at significant level of 0.05. The results of Pearson correlation coefficient analysis showed that there is a positive correlation between burnout with the variables of self-kindness(+.345),human commonalities(+.226), isolation(+.226) at the level of 0.05 and a negative correlation with the variables of self-judgment(-.336) and Mindfulness(-.318). The results of burnout regression analysis were obtained based on self-compassion and tolerance of ambiguity of 0.011 which is not significant. The results of the present study showed that there is a negative relationship between some dimensions of compassion such as Self-judgment and Mindfulness with Burnout. Therefore, by increase the above two variables in this community can prevent the occurrence of job depression.
