Identifying and prioritizing effective factors on teachers' creative teaching

Abstract :
The purpose of the current research is to identify and prioritize the factors that affect teachers' creative teaching. The current research is considered to be a quantitative research in terms of its nature, non-experimental in terms of the control of variables, and applied research in terms of its purpose. In the first step, in order to identify, various scientific sources were studied, including books, articles, and valid scientific databases, as well as interviews with some experts and experts and teachers with a long history and outstanding. After determining the effective factors on teachers' creative teaching, a questionnaire was designed with the aim of evaluating options based on a five-point scale. The statistical population of this research, which was conducted using a survey method,The teachers were primary school teachers in the 5th education district of Tehran. The sample size was determined using random sampling and Cochran's formula of 100 people. In order to analyze data, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were used, Bartlett's test, factor analysis, coefficient and correlation matrix, and chi-square test.The results showed that the components of teaching belief, teaching motivation, teaching environment, teaching commitment, personal quality, learning attitude, personal effort, life experience and teaching belief are the factors that influence the factors that affect teachers' creative teaching. Friedman's test also showed that there is a significant difference between the average ratings of teachers' creative teaching components (P<0.01 and 1164=220). The lowest average rating is related to the biological experience component and the highest rating is related to component 5 (personal quality).
