Abstract :
JEHAD from time of establishment in 1358 until now redound growth and development of destitute region capacities, innovations and abilities efflorescence specially villages.This study, Conducted in order to Kbowing the cultural pattern JEHAD-oriented management on base of valued Islamic system. The method conducted in this study is field research and library literature.at First, the research problem were presented, and concept and components of Jehad-oriented management, indexes of Islamic revoloutions of iran from viewe of emam Khomeini & emam Khamene ie were identified, and then based on the valued Islamic system cultural pattern JEHAD-oriented management on base of valued Islamic system, were identified. In general, it can be concluded that using the findings of the study, it is possible to formulate comprehensive and diverse programs of JEHAD-oriented culture that is established on base of valued Islamic system represented formulas and rules in "macro", "medium" and "operational" strategies to develop JEHAD-oriented management that is established on base of valued Islamic system. To be obtained in the country.
