Abstract :
The purpose of this research was to evaluate the components of resilience in sustainable organizations. The method of this research is descriptive-survey. The statistical population of the research included managers, deputies, employees and members of various government organizations in Kermanshah; Those who were familiar with organizational resilience and had a bachelor's degree or higher. A random sampling method was used to select the statistical sample of the research. Based on this, 396 people who meet the entry criteria were selected. The research questionnaires were distributed among managers, assistants, and employees when they met the conditions for entering the study. To measure the variables, the standard questionnaire of Connor and Davidson (2003) and McManus (2009) was used. Structural equation model and PLS software were used to analyze the research data. The findings of this research show that resilience at an acceptable level can predict the components of values (0.80), planning (0.83), organization (0.71), coordination (0.77), learning (0.66), Agility (0.67) and cost control (0.70). Also, the evaluation of the resilience components showed that the t-statistics of the planning component is at a higher level than other variables in sustainable organizations and has a more favorable situation. In the investigated organizations, among the resilience components, the agility and learning components did not have a favorable condition.
