Abstract :

Understanding knowledge management as a spirit governing organizational practices is essential for its implementation. Explanation and feasibility of knowledge management is one of the issues that is perhaps the least favored of organizations and most of the studies on knowledge management have been carried out. In this research it has been tried to evaluate the implementation contexts first and evaluate whether Are there any grounds for implementing knowledge management in Saipa (Color Hall)? Experts (with background in different management layers) have been surveyed to validate the research. Dimensions and indicators of organizational culture, organizational structure, organizational technology, knowledge acquisition, knowledge interaction between members and application of knowledge have been used and surveyed in order to evaluate the views of Saipa employees.
