Abstract :
One of the most popular and at the same time the most complicated issues of new societies is the issue of political participation. Examining how political participation in the formulation of a political discourse in the atmosphere of competition with other discourses is of great importance considering the specific political conditions and atmosphere of the Iranian society. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to analyze and investigate political participation in the discourse of justice-oriented government based on the theory of Laclau and Mouffe. The present research is applied in terms of purpose and qualitative method in terms of type. In this regard, Fairclough's discourse analysis method was used. The time of the current research, in terms of the research dimension, included the two terms of Mr. Ahmadinejad's presidency. The statistical community is a collection of speeches and interviews of the head of the justice-oriented government regarding political participation. The analysis of the sentences was done in order to find the signifiers of the justice-oriented principled discourse based on Laclau and Mouffe's method. In the discourse of fundamentalism, there is the central sign of Islamic system (jurisprudence);other discourse elements present in this discourse, such as central justice, the role of the people, selflessness, clean hands and participation of all, are in this discourse, law, values, freedom, justice and guardianship. The jurist gives meaning and the political participation of the people is effective in the acceptance of the system and the legitimacy of the system depends on the religious pillars, but the time takes its legitimacy from Wali Asr (AS) and even the constitution is understood under the banner of the province in the discourse of principle of province. It is the absolutist jurist who legitimizes the political participation of the people by enforcing it and legitimizes the free acceptance of the people.
