Abstract :
The purpose of the present study was to identify the components and main indicators of school performance assessment with emphasis on the mixed method, which was carried out with a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods. The statistical population in the qualitative stage was 50 educational management specialists and experts in the field of performance assessment. The target population and snowball were used to select the statistical sample. In the quantitative section, the statistical population of the Khorasan Razavi high school principals was about 80 people. Using Cochran sampling formula, 322 individuals were selected and selected using multi-stage cluster sampling. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview and a researcher-made questionnaire. The face and content validity of the questionnaire was determined by a panel of experts and experts, and the reliability of the questionnaire (Cronbach's alpha) with its implementation was calculated on 40 managers (0.92). To analyze the data, a single-variable t test was used. The results showed that all of the components of the evaluation of the performance of schools, such as management and leadership, administrative and financial affairs, teaching and learning processes and effective programs, program orientation, information and communication technology, physical status, equipment and educational facilities, teacher empowerment And staff, complementary activities, extracurricular activities, counseling, supervision, guidance and evaluation, organizational climate and organizational culture, interaction with the outside environment of the school and the acquisition of experiences, placement and development of the culture of studying and developing creativity, placement and development Culture of studying and developing creativity Physical education, health and health, participation
