Abstract :
The main objective of this paper is to assess the relationship between the prioritization of the staff and their job satisfaction with their job performance with the structural equation modeling approach. The present study is an applied and, as appropriate, non-experimental research, and a descriptive-survey research branch. The statistical population of this research is the contact staff of the Bank of Commerce in the northwest of Iran. Simple random sampling method was used for sampling. The research results show that Job satisfaction directly carries out the mediation role between the adaptability of service delivery staffing and their job performance. Also, the results indicate that job satisfaction directly mediates the social, physical, group, political and organizational adaptability of contact staff and their job performance.
