Investigating the components of urban prosperity in creating residential satisfaction with a future study (Case study: Rasht city)

Abstract :
In recent decades, the study of residential satisfaction of residents has been one of the most important research topics in various fields. In this regard, awareness of residential satisfaction in the context of urban prosperity requires a structural analysis of it in the future, in order to increase residential satisfaction in the city. The present study is applied in terms of descriptive-analytical method, which in line with the basics of future study and analytical to the status of residential satisfaction in the context of urban prosperity in Rasht. In this regard, data collection in the theoretical part by documentary method and in the practical part with the opinion of experts and specialists in Rasht in the field of research using Delphi technique and using cross-impact analysis technique, which is one of the common and accepted methods The future study, it has been done. Also, using Micmac software and Wizard scenario, he has analyzed residential satisfaction in the framework of urban prosperity in Rasht. First, 30 factors were identified as effective factors in residential satisfaction in Rasht in the context of urban prosperity and Mic Mac software was used to analyze the data. Finally, 12 key factors were identified and 28 possible situations were considered for key factors. The responsibility of officials and people, the production of the city per person and access to public services have the greatest value of compatibility among the key factors in improving the residential satisfaction of Rasht in the context of urban prosperity.
