مکمل کروم مخمر و / یا مانان الیگوساکاریدها در جیره بلدرچینهای در حال رشد

Abstract :
در این آزمایش ارزیابی اثرات جیرههای مکمل شده با کروم مخمر یا مانان الیگوساکاریدها روی عملکرد تولیدی، صفات لاشه و سیستم ایمنی گزارش شده است. جیرهها مورد استفاده عبارت بودند از: 1) جیره پایه (شاهد)، 2) جیره پایه مکمل شده با 600 میلیگرم کروم مخمر در هر کیلوگرم، 3) جیره پایه مکمل شده با 1200 میلیگرم کروم مخمر در هر کیلوگرم، 4) جیره پایه مکمل شده با 1 گرم مانان الیگوساکارید در هر کیلوگرم، 5) جیره پایه مکمل شده با 600 میلیگرم کروم مخمر و 1 گرم مانان الیگوساکارید در هر کیلوگرم و 6) جیره پایه مکمل شده با 1200 میلیگرم کروم مخمر و 1 گرم مانان الیگوساکارید در هر کیلوگرم. جوجه بلدرچینهای تغیه شده با جیرههای 2، 4 و 5 وزن نهایی و افزایش وزن مشابهی داشتند ولی هر دو در مقایسه با گروه شاهد وزن بالاتری داشتند. ضریب تبدیل خوراک تمایل نشان داد تا با مکمل جیرهای بهبود پیدا نمود. صفات لاشه در میان تیمارها تفاوت نداشت. پاسخهای اولیه و ثانویه ایمنی هومورال بلدرچینهای تغذیه شده با جیرههای حاوی مکمل در مقایسه با شاهد بالاتر بود. مجموع پروتئین پلاسما و تریآیدوتیروزین توسط مکملهای جیرهای افزایش در حالیکه مجموع لیپیدها و کلسترول کاهش یافت. در نتیجه، مکمل جیرهای حاوی کروم مخمر (600 میلیگرم در هر کیلوگرم) و مانان الیگوساکارید (1 گرم) عملکرد تولیدی و ایمنیت را بهبود و محتوای کلسترول را در بلدرچینهای ژاپنی کاهش داد.
