اثر عصاره متانولی پوست انار بر روند تخمیر شکمبهای کنجالههای دانههای روغنی در شرایط آزمایشگاهی

Abstract :
این مطالعه به منظور تعیین اثرات افزودن عصاره متانولی پوست انار در سطوح 0، 5/0 و 1 درصد شیرابه شکمبه بافر شده بر روند تخمیر شکمبهای چهار نوع کنجاله دانههای روغنی شامل کنجاله سویا، کنجاله تخم پنبه، کنجاله منداب و کنجاله آفتابگردان، با استفاده از فن تولید گاز آزمایشگاهی به اجرا در آمد. نمونههای آزمایشی در سرنگهای حاوی شیرابه شکمبه گرفته شده از سه رأس گوسفند نر قزل کانولا گذاری شده، برای مدت زمانهای 2، 4، 6، 8، 12، 24 و 36 ساعت انکوبه شدند. افزودن عصاره متانولی پوست انار موجب افزایش معنیدار حجم گاز تولیدی در تمام زمانهای انکوباسیون و برای تمامی کنجالههای مورد آزمایش شد. همچنین مقدار گاز تولیدی متناسب با افزایش سطح عصاره افزایش یافت. مقدار فراسنجههای a(حجم گاز حاصل از تخمیر بخش سریع قابل حل)، b (حجم گاز حاصل از تخمیر بخش نامحلول اما قابل تخمیر) و مجموع گاز تولیدی (a+b)، نیز در تمامی کنجالههای مورد آزمایش، با افزایش دوز عصاره پوست انار افزایش یافت. افزودن عصاره پوست انار، تولید اسیدهای چرب فرار در شکمبه را نیز افزایش داد. متناسب با زیادتر شدن سطح عصاره، افزایش تولید اسیدهای چرب فرار نیز بیشتر شد. به عنوان یک نتیجه کلی، به نظر میرسد افزودن عصاره متانولی پوست انار به شیرابه شکمبه باعث افزایش تخمیر شکمبهای و تولید اسیدهای چرب بیشتر در نشخوارکنندگان میشود.
