Identifying and ranking factors affecting supply chain agility

Abstract :
In today's environment, the ability of a company to react to the dynamics of the environment and maintain its performance is the main factor of success. Agility refers to a company's ability to react quickly in competitive markets; which is characterized by unpredictability and constant change. One of the basic factors in modern management is the agility of supply chains, which can undoubtedly help companies to sense market changes, as well as simultaneous supply and demand and reduce waiting time. This research was conducted with the aim of identifying and classifying the effective components of supply chain agility in Binalud Neishabour Dairy Products Company. The method of this research is applied, exploratory and qualitative. The community of this research is the managers of Binaloud Nishabour dairy products company. The data has been collected in the form of a library for thematic literature, and using the opinions of managers through the Delphi method, 8 factors affecting the agility of the supply chain were identified. After examining these factors and using the AHP method, the factors of providing high-quality raw materials, experienced and expert personnel, and product control were identified as factors affecting the agility of the supply chain.
