Yoga is a combination of physical exercises, breathing control, relaxation, diet control, positive thinking and meditation. The purpose of doing yoga exercises is harmony in the body, mind and environment. Physical activities in this sport are less than other sports and more breathing techniques are practiced. Yoga is one of the most popular sports around the world. This study was conducted with the aim of reviewing the therapeutic and supportive effects of yoga in Iranian men and women during the last two decades. For this purpose, reliable and relevant articles were prepared from the websites of Scientific Information Database (SID), the Islamic World Science and Technology Monitoring and Citation Institute (ISC) and Scopus citation database. The results of the studies have indicated the positive and harmless effects of yoga on the physical and mental conditions of healthy people and those suffering from various diseases. Yoga has significant positive effects on reducing stress, anxiety and symptoms of depression, improving breathing, balance, flexibility, sleep quality and self-esteem, increasing immunity due to stimulation of the lymphatic system, eliminating toxins and heavy metals, increasing strength and endurance, improving blood flow, better digestive function such as reducing symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome, reducing symptoms related to pregnancy, postpartum depression and chronic pain such as back pain or frequent headaches, improving physical condition and reducing symptoms of personality disorder, control of diabetes, multiple sclerosis, heart failure and cancer. Therefore, yoga can be used as a very suitable therapeutic method for healthy and sick men and women, athletes and non-athletes in different age groups. Manuscript profile

To achieve goals such as the identification of components and indicators, presentation of the initial model, testing, and validation of the appropriate alcove, and evaluation of the studied sports facilities based on the designed model were considered. The research method was mixed exploratory (qualitative-quantitative). To achieve the first and second goals, the researcher used the qualitative phenomenological method and to achieve the third and fourth goals, he used the quantitative method. The sample studied in the qualitative part included 7 people (4 university professors and 3 expert experts) using the snowball sampling method and in the quantitative part it included 43 people from the sports experts of the region, which was used by the available sampling method. The research tool was semi-structured interviews in the qualitative part and researcher-made questionnaires in the quantitative part. The results of the qualitative part based on the theme technique showed that 30 indicators in the form of 6 components (employees, the nature of human resources management, lack of effectiveness, lack of usefulness, lack of management attitude, and other things) were considered necessary to determine the adequacy. The results of the quantitative part confirmed the findings of the qualitative part and by performing reliability, and confirmatory factor analysis of the first and second order, the structural equation model was well explained. The results of Friedman's test showed that the highest average rank of 4.04 is assigned to employees. The most imporant effective obstacle in human resource management is key colleagues. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between religion and behavior and economic literacy mediated by ethical attitudes in customers of sports stores in South Khorasan. This study was descriptive and correlational. The statistical population included all customers of sports stores in South Khorasan. 384 people were selected as a statistical sample based on Morgan's Table. Data collection tools include Glock and Stock Religiosity Questionnaire, Modzingiri's economic Behavioral Questionnaire, Modzingiri's economic literacy questionnaire, and Rani's ethical attitude questionnaire. For data analysis, a modeling method with a path analysis approach was used. The findings showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between religion and literacy and economic behavior mediated by moral attitude. In addition, the research model has a favorable fit. It is suggested that sports managers, by holding skills literacy and economic behavior training workshops, while strengthening desirable economic behaviors, also address the ethical issues of athletes to strengthen moral attitudes in line with their religious beliefs and teachings. In non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, serum levels of liver enzymes and lipid profiles were increased. One of the ways to deal with the risk factors of non-alcoholic fatty liver is to do physical activity and exercise. This semi-experimental study was conducted with the aim of comparing the effects of long-term continuous and interval training on non-alcoholic fatty liver risk factors in elite runners. Thirty elite runners with average height (176.5±0.05), weight (66.7±5.5) and age (20.2±0.00) were selected, and based on the specialized training were divided into two equal groups of continuous and interval training. Non-alcoholic fatty liver risk factors were measured with special laboratory techniques after standard fasting at the medical diagnosis laboratory. The non-parametric Mann-Whitney U test was used at the significance level of 0.05 to check the hypotheses. Despite high maximum oxygen consumption in both training groups, the levels of HDL_c, TG, LP (a) and HDL/LDL and HDL/TC ratio were lower in the interval training group than in the continuous training group, while the concentration of LDL_c, TC and BMI in the interval training group was higher than the continuous training group. Interval and continuous training increased liver enzymes. This increase was greater in the interval training group, which indicates more liver damage after performing this type of training. Therefore, performing interval and continuous training improves aerobic capacity and adjusts lipid profile and BMI. Manuscript profile

The aim of the present study was to identifying the challenges of physical education teachers in Online class management. The current research was fundamental in terms of its purpose and descriptive in terms of its nature and of a qualitative research type. A semi-structured interview method was used to collect data. The research participants were 20 physical education teachers in Sari city, and the sampling continued until reaching theoretical saturation. For data analysis, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were used by SPSS and Maxqda software. The results of the research indicate that management problems, structural-cultural problems, evaluation and monitoring problems, facilities and equipment problems, and educational problems are among the problems faced by physical education teachers in managing online classes. Also, the results showed that indirect supervision, providing suitable models, electronic content and training, and multimedia training are effective factors in reducing the problems faced by physical education teachers in managing online classes. The analysis of the findings of the qualitative part was done based on theme analysis with Max Kyuda 10 software and the quantitative part was done based on the structural equation model based on Lisrel analysis software. The quantitative part confirmed all the qualitative parts based on the model of the structural equation model. Totally, it was specified that communication with well-known persons in international football, appropriate relationships with Asian Confederation, and taking national and club hosting are appropriate strategies to gain and retain powerful seats in Asian Football Confederation.
