The synthesized products have been assayed for their antimicrobial activity against Gram+ve, Gram-ve bacteria and fungi. All the synthesized products were assigned أکثر3-(2’-n-butylbenzofuran-3’-yl)-5-aryl-4, 5-dihydro-1H-pyrazoles (4a-4k) have been synthesized. The synthesized products have been assayed for their antimicrobial activity against Gram+ve, Gram-ve bacteria and fungi. All the synthesized products were assigned with IR, 1HNMR, Mass Spectra, TLC, and elemental analysis. 5 - Green approach for the synthesis of pyranopyrazoles and hexahydroquinoline-3-carboxamides using unripe grape juice (verjuice) as catalyst
Masoud MokhtaryUnripe grape juice (verjuice) as a natural catalyst was successfully applied to perform the one-pot reaction of aryl aldehydes, malononitrile, hydrazine hydrate and ethyl acetoacetate to synthesize pyranopyrazole derivatives in aqueous ethanol at room temperature in exc أکثرUnripe grape juice (verjuice) as a natural catalyst was successfully applied to perform the one-pot reaction of aryl aldehydes, malononitrile, hydrazine hydrate and ethyl acetoacetate to synthesize pyranopyrazole derivatives in aqueous ethanol at room temperature in excellent yields. Furthermore, unripe grape juice catalyzed one-pot synthesis of hexahydroquinoline-3-carboxamide derivatives by the four-component reaction of arylaldehydes, dimedone, acetoacetanilide and ammonium acetate in high to excellent yield in ethanol at 70 ℃. The synthesized compounds were identified by FT-IR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectroscopic techniques and elemental analysis. Folded sheet mesoporous material (FSM-16) was prepared by intercalation of a layered, kanemite type sodium silicate with cetyltrimethylammonium (CTMA) ions in the presence of dispersed Fe3O4. The Fe3O4@FSM-16-SO3H was synthesized by sulfonation of Fe3O4@FSM-16 and characterized by FESEM, XRD, BET, VSM and FT-IR techniques. This protocol suggests benefits in terms of higher yields and short reaction time. The catalyst was synthesized by hydrothermal method under autogenous pressure and modified by Fe (III) ion exchange. The prepared catalyst was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy-Energy Dispersive spectroscopy (SEM-EDS), Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR), and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) measurement technique. Pyrazoles and isoxzaloes can be prepared by oxidation of pyrazolines and isoxazolines respectively. In this work, trans-3,5-dihydroperoxy-3,5-dimethyl-1,2-dioxalane (DHPDMDO)/NH4I has been used as a new, powerful, nearly green, effective and inexpensive oxidant for oxidative aromatization of isoxazolines and 2-pyrazolines to corresponding isoxazoles and 2-pyrazoles in the presence of catalytic amount of acetic acid at room temperature in water/MeCN within short reaction time. The optical properties of the nano-structured catalysts and organic molecules were studied. The advantages of methods are short reaction times and milder conditions, easy work-up and purification of products by non-chromatographic methods.
