  Environmental comfort is one of the qualities of urban spaces that its existence enhances the efficiency and level of satisfaction of citizens and users of a space. This satisfaction and interaction in the urban space causes individual and collective behaviors of citizens and encourages them to relate with the urban space and social relations. Therefore, in this regard, the present study aimed to investigate the role of environmental comfort on the behavior of citizens in Khosravi Street (between Khosravi intersection and Dialmeh intersection) using a quantitative analysis method by a questionnaire (138 people), and for this purpose, the validation of the research was assessed using Cronbach's alpha tests and the relationship between index and research criteria was analyzed using the confirmatory factor analysis test; the criteria were ranked using the Friedman test and the significance of the research sub-criteria was assessed using the conceptual modeling. The result of the research indicates that by giving importance to the height changes in the index buildings in the first place and giving importance to the opening in the direction of temperature changes and finally paying attention to the stoic forms and defining the spatial territory and paying attention to the soft spaces in the direction of environmental comfort, it becomes possible to reach to the physical dimension, and by a variety of colors and forms in urban furniture and creating attractive buildings to the perceptual and visual dimensions, and finally by drawing activities to the outside space and applying lighting and 24-hour applications to the safety, as well as improving the functional and activity dimensions of the environmental comfort in Khosravi Street in order to change the environmental behaviors of citizens. تفاصيل المقالة

  The present research tends to identify the gaps between these expectations by identifying the expectations and perceptions of the citizens from the municipal electronic payment services and to offer solutions to fill this gap or diminish it. For this purpose, based on the conceptual model of customer satisfaction of the quality of services of Parasuraman and his colleagues, which is known as SERVQUAL model in the literature of this field, 5 dimensions of tangible, credit, responsiveness, sympathy and trust among 302 customers have been studied and reviewed. The present study is a descriptive survey in terms of applied purpose and data collection method. Library and field studies have been used to collect information. The tool used in field studies is a questionnaire that is designed based on the research model. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts and Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to determine its reliability. Paired t-test was used to significantly evaluate the difference between customers' expectations and perceptions of the performance of municipal electronic payment services. The research results indicate that there is a significant difference between customers' expectations and perceptions of all aspects of the SERVQUAL model. It was found that the largest gap between the desired situation and the current situation in terms of response and in the next rank, the sympathy dimension, and in the subsequent ranks, the confidence dimension and the smallest gap in the tangibility dimension, and then in the assurance and guarantee dimension were observed. In terms of importance, the received guarantee is the most important dimension, followed by tangibility, confidence, and sympathy, respectively, and the response dimension is known as the least important dimension for customers, which is a significant difference. تفاصيل المقالة

  شهر، شهرنشینی و شهروندان از موضوعات مهم در مطالعات میان‌رشته‌ای است. دانش جغرافیا به دلیل آمیختگی فراوان و پیچیدگی و ضرورت‌ها، رهنمودهای جدیدی را با علومی مانند جامعه‌شناسی، سیاست، تاریخ، اقتصاد، معماری و ... در عرصه‌های مختلف ارائه می‌دهد. افزایش جعمیت، توسعه شهری و نی أکثر

  شهر، شهرنشینی و شهروندان از موضوعات مهم در مطالعات میان‌رشته‌ای است. دانش جغرافیا به دلیل آمیختگی فراوان و پیچیدگی و ضرورت‌ها، رهنمودهای جدیدی را با علومی مانند جامعه‌شناسی، سیاست، تاریخ، اقتصاد، معماری و ... در عرصه‌های مختلف ارائه می‌دهد. افزایش جعمیت، توسعه شهری و نیز به تبع آن شهرنشینی، تقاضا برای خدمات و امکانات جدید را در پی دارد، اما این خواسته ها و نیازها با افزایش سطح آگاهی و نیز تغییر نیازها و شیوه های زندگی شهرنشیتی با دروه های قبل اندکی متفاوت است و مدیریت شهری را در یک شرایط پیچیده و متفاوت با قبل قرار داده که نیاز به توجه به الگوهای نوین برای اداره امور دارد که از جمله آنها به دست آوردن رضایت شهروندان و مشارکت دادن آنها در امور شهری و نیز فراهم آوردن شرایط، محیط، امکانات مناسب و کافی برای همه اقشار جامعه می باشد. ازاین‌رو مقاله حاضر باهدف ایجاد زمینه‌های محیطی مطلوب و مورد رضایت شهروندان در وضعیت کنونی شهرنشینی است. نوع تحقیق کاربردی – توسعه و روش گردآوری اطلاعات اسنادی و پیمایشی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری مقاله حاضر شهروندان منطقه 2 تهران است که حجم نمونه آن با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 384 نفر برآورد گردید. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که بین متغیرهای مشارکت شهروندی، احترام و تکریم شهروندی، سن و درآمد با رضایت شهروندی رابطه مستقیم و معنادار اما بین متغیرهای تحصیلات و آگاهی اجتماعی شهروندان با رضایت شهروندی به ترتیب تفاوت معنادار و رابطه معکوسی وجود دارد. تفاصيل المقالة

  سنجش رضایت مردم از مدیریت شهری یکی از مهم‌ترین عوامل تعیین‌کننده کیفیت و چگونگی عملکرد ارائه‌کنندگان خدمات شهری است؛ بر همین اساس هدف پژوهش حاضر آن است که کیفیت عملکرد مدیریت شهری منطقه 2 کلانشهر تبریز را از نظر شهروندان مورد سنجش قرار دهد به لحاظ هدف، از نوع کاربردی و به لحاظ ماهیت از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی است. شاخص‌های مورد استفاده در این پژوهش در حوزه‌های کارکردی شهرداری شامل خدمات شهری و محیط زیست، شهرسازی و معماری، مدیریت بحران، مدیریت شهر، فرهنگی- اجتماعی و حمل و نقل و ترافیک با استفاده از پیشینه تحقیق و ادبیات نظری شناسایی و تعریف عملیاتی شد و به صورت میدانی و ابزار پرسشنامه جامعه آماری 383 نفر در میان شهروندان تکمیل گردید. یافته‌های تحقیق با استفاده از آزمون‌های آماری فریدمن، تی تک‌نمونه‌ای و رگرسیون تجزیه‌ و تحلیل شد. یافته های تحقیق نشان می دهد میزان رضایت ساکنان از شهرداری و خدمات ارائه‌شده آن در سطح متوسط به پایین قرار دارد؛ همچنین براساس آزمون فریدمن مشخص گردید که بالاترین میزان رضایت شهروندان، مربوط به شاخص‌های فرهنگی و اجتماعی و پایین‌ترین میزان رضایت‌مندی نیز در شاخص مدیریت شهر و مشارکت دادن مردم در تصمیم‌گیری‌های مربوط به شهر است. همچنین وجود تفاوت معنادار بین سطح تحصیلات و میزان رضایتمندی و عدم وجود رابطه بین ویژگی‌های سن، جنس و تأهل و میزان رضایت‌مندی از عملکرد شهرداری تأیید شد. تفاصيل المقالة
