        1 - ارایه مدل مفهومی جهت مدیریت بافرها در مدیریت زنجیره بحرانی پروژه های نفت و گاز

        هدف اصلی این مقاله تعیین عوامل تاثیرگذار در انتخاب اندازه بافرها با توجه به ریسک‎های پروژه است که همواره این عوامل به دلیل آنکه حسی و شهودی هستند، دقیق محاسبه نمی‎شوند و همچنین به دلیل کمبود منابع و زمان موجب تاخیر در پروژه شده و یا بیشتر از نیاز واقعی فعالیتهای أکثر
        هدف اصلی این مقاله تعیین عوامل تاثیرگذار در انتخاب اندازه بافرها با توجه به ریسک‎های پروژه است که همواره این عوامل به دلیل آنکه حسی و شهودی هستند، دقیق محاسبه نمی‎شوند و همچنین به دلیل کمبود منابع و زمان موجب تاخیر در پروژه شده و یا بیشتر از نیاز واقعی فعالیتهای پروژه در نظر گرفته می‎شوند که این امر هزینه‎های پروژه را افزایش می‎دهد. از طرف دیگر در این مقاله سعی شده تا روابط و تعامل ریسکها با یکدیگر شناسایی شده و در قالبِ مدلی مفهومی ارائه گردد. در مدل ارایه شده ریسکهای پیشران و وابسته تعیین خواهند شد که در بستر مدل مفهومی ارائه شده می توان با مدیریت ریسک های پیشران بر اندازه بافرهای کل پروژه تأثیر گذاشته و شاخص های زمانی و هزینه ای پروژه را در حد قابل قبولی بهبود ببخشد. به منظور ارائه مدل مفهومی از روش مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری (ISM) استفاده شده است و برای فراهم ساختن اطلاعات کیفی مدل مصاحبه های عمیق با بیست و هفت نفر از خبرگان و مدیران پروژه های بزرگ در حوزه نفت و گاز انجام شده است. بر اساس مدل مفهومی ارایه شده و همینطور تحلیل همزمان، مشکلات ناشی از پیچیدگی و شناخت کم از مسایل فنی پروژه عاملِ اصلی است که باعث می شود مدیران و پیمانکاران مجبور به افزایش سطح بافرها شوند. تفاصيل المقالة

        امروزه بیشتر سازمان ها درگیر فرآیندهای قدیمی و یا ناکارآمد هستند و نمی توانند به نتایجی که در اصل برای آن طراحی‌شده‌اند دست یابند. مهندسی مجدد فرآیندهای کسب ‌وکار یک ابزار مدیریتی برای رفع این مشکل در سازمان‌ها می باشد. علی رغم اثربخشی بالای مهندسی مجدد، پیاده سازی این پروژه ها در بیشتر موارد با شکست مواجه شده است. هدف این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر اجزای پیاده سازی پروژه‌های مهندسی مجدد فرآیندهای کسب‌وکار بر موفقیت این پروژه‌ها می باشد. بر اساس مدل توسعه داده ‌شده، حمایت مدیران ارشد، فرهنگ‌سازمانی، ارتباطات، آموزش، زیرساخت‌های فناوری اطلاعات و مدیریت پروژه های مهندسی مجدد فرآیندهای کسب‌وکار بر موفقیت این پروژه‌ها تأثیر دارند. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل افراد درگیر در پروژه‌های مهندسی مجدد در سازمان هایی که این پروژه‌ها را اجرا کرده اند، بوده است. داده های مورد نیاز این پژوهش با استفاده از پرسش نامۀ دستی و الکترونیکی از تعداد 150نفر از افراد درگیر در این پروژه ها که به روش هدفمند بعنوان نمونه انتخاب‌شده بودند، جمع‌آوری گردید. تجزیه ‌و تحلیل داده ها به وسیلۀ روش مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری با به‌کارگیری نرم افزار R صورت پذیرفت. به دلیل در مرحله مقدماتی بودن این پروژه‌ها در ایران، فقط تأثیر زیر ساخت فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات و مدیریت پروژه مهندسی مجددمورد تأیید قرار گرفت. تفاصيل المقالة

        In this research, the multi-objective project management decision problem with fuzzy goals and fuzzy constraints are considered. We constitute α-cut approach and two various fuzzy goal programming solution methods for solving the Multi-Objective Project Management (MOPM) decision problem under fuzzy environments. The Interactive fuzzy multi-objective linear programming (i-FMOLP) and Weighted Additive approaches are proposed for solving multi-objective PM decision problem where fuzzy information are demonstrated by using linear membership functions (LMF). The proposed approaches effort contemporarily to minimize the total project costs, total completion time and total crashing costs and the several constraints such as the time between events i and j, the crashing time for activity (i,j) and the total budget capital. The weight of criteria for each objective function base on project DM preference degree computed with Fuzzy AHP technique. The performance analysis calculated with a set of distance metric for i-FMOLP and Weighted Additive solution methods that represent uncertainty goals and constraints in PM decision problem with ideal solution in an industrial case study is compared. تفاصيل المقالة

        Project-based organizations in upstream industries hold a large share of national resources and play an important role in the development of a country. Performance evaluation of project-based organizations can help managers to use inputs effectively and smooth their way to achieving goals. There are many qualitative and quantitative indices to performance evaluation of project-based organizations. Efficiency calculation through Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is a common index for performance assessment in such firms. In the traditional DEA model crisp data is needed while, in the real world, most of the data are imprecise and uncertain. A major cause of uncertainty related to the non-quantifiable, incomplete, and unachievable information that caused fuzzy logic and fuzzy sets merge in different models like DEA. The main idea of the present study is to combine quantitative and qualitative approaches in performance appraisal to take advantage of both and achieve more accurate results; therefore, in this paper, a hybrid model based on Fuzzy Data Envelopment Analysis (FDEA) and Project Excellence Model (PEM) is proposed for performance evaluation in project-based organizations. First, performance assessment by the PEM model of Fuzzy data is accomplished. Then, implementing Fuzzy DEA into the PEM model is performed in which the inputs and outputs of the FDEA model are the PEM model criteria. The proposed hybrid model is used to evaluate 30 petrochemical companies in Iran. The comparison of the results of both models indicates a correlation coefficient of almost 0.90 at the significance level of 0.01 that shows an appropriate correlation between the two models. تفاصيل المقالة

The longitudinal extent of the projects has caused them to cross different geological conditions and be under different climatic conditions which involvement of various factors in operation of road construction has caused time delays. In this regard, the present study has tried to consider the relationship between factors affecting the project construction and time delay of Tabriz-Bonab road project. For this purpose, the multi-criteria hierarchical analysis (AHP-MCDM) method has been used to prioritize and measure the effective factors in the project. Based on the evaluations, 6 main factors including human, environmental, managerial, technical, infrastructure and technical errors were involved in the project, each of them can be divided into several sub-factors which managerial as well as infrastructure factors have the greatest impact on the project delay and environmental factors have the least impact on the project. تفاصيل المقالة

Thus, this study highlights the main criteria for selecting contractors for construction projects in urban area as cases study for Tehran city, Iran. The 19 criteria were identified based on field investigations and expert opinions which classified into six groups. The analytic network process (ANP) was applied on criterias to responses prioritization. According to the results of the assessment, the affordability with 0.0660 and compliance rate with 0.0599 importance score are ranked criteria for responses prioritization and selecting the appropriate contractor in Tehran city.         Selection of the most influential factors to improve the performance of organizations has consistently been a significant task for project managers. These underlying factors aim to prevent the failure of the project and to improve the performance of employees. The success of the organization's projects is directly correlated to customer satisfaction, time, cost, and product quality at the time of project completion. In this paper, after reviewing the literature on the elements influencing the project's success, the extent to which each factor affects the project's success is accessed. A practical data evaluation method to predict the most underlying item is a machine learning algorithm, a perfect contributory method for project managers to examine the influential factors. After identifying the component with the highest effect on the project success, validating the selected items in a real-world practice paves the way for assessing that factor's effectiveness. In this study, after selecting the Agile approach as the most notable, the simulation models were utilized to measure the proportion of organizational performance improvement. Agile Management, which is considered in the actual case, signifies implementing the Scrum method and all the definitions and phases related to this method in the organization. The analyzed Agile practice (Scrum) for the case study decremented the project cost and time substantially and enhanced the service and product quality. تفاصيل المقالة
