اثر سطوح مختلف پروتئین و اسید آمینه لیزین در دورهی رشد بر خصوصیات بستر و لاشه جوجههای گوشتی

هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی اثرات سطوح مختلف پروتئین و لیزین در جیرههای غذایی دورهی رشد جوجههای گوشتی (جنس ماده) بر خصوصیات لاشه و بستر بود. آزمایش در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی به روش فاکتوریل 4×3 انجام پذیرفت. در روز 21 آزمایش، جوجهها در قالب چهار تکرار و هر تکرار دوازده قطعه، با ترکیبی از پروتئین و لیزین (18 درصد پروتئین و 8/0، 9/0، 0/1 و 1/1 درصد لیزین – 20 درصد پروتئین و 8/0، 9/0، 0/1 و 1/1 درصد لیزین – 22 درصد پروتئین و 8/0، 9/0، 0/1 و 1/1 درصد لیزین) تا سن 42 روزگی تغذیه شدند. تجزیه و تحلیل آماری دادهها در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی و با استفاده از بسته نرمافزاری SAS انجام پذیرفت. سطوح پروتئین و لیزین تاثیر معنیداری بر افزایش وزن بدن و وزن نسبی لاشه، سینه، ران و چربی محوطهی بطنی (گرم به ازای هر 100 گرم وزن لاشه) داشته است. در این آزمایش، جوجههای گوشتی ماده پاسخ بیشتری به افزودن لیزین در جیرهی حاوی 18 درصد پروتئین در مقایسه با جیرههای حاوی 20 و 22 درصد پروتئین از نظر افزایش وزن بدن، وزن لاشه، سینه و ران نشان دادند. باتوجه به نتایج این تحقیق میزان نیاز به لیزین در جیرههای حاوی 18 درصد پروتئین از نظر افزایش وزن بدن، وزن لاشه، سینه و ران، 1/1 درصد و در جیرههای حاوی 20 درصد پروتئین از نظر چربی محوطه بطنی 0/1 درصد میباشد. کاهش سطح پروتئین جیره سبب کاهش ازت، pH و رطوبت بستر گردید که این اثرات میتواند سبب بهبود کیفیت هوا در داخل سالن شود.
The objective of the present study was to evaluate carcass characteristics and litter quality in female broiler chickens fed variable levels of dietary crude protein and lysine during the grower period (21-42 d). The experimental design was completely randomized. on d 21 of experiment, 4 replicate pens of 12 chicks each were fed 1 combination of dietary lysine and CP (18% CP with 0.8, 0.9, 1.0 and 1.1% lysine and 20% CP with 0.8, 0.9, 1.0 and 1.1% lysine., and 22% CP with 0.8, 0.9, 1.0 and 1.1% lysine) until d 42. Data were evaluated with ANOVA for a complete randomized design, using the general linear models procedure of SAS software. Dietary crude protein and lysine levels had significant effects on body weight gain, carcass yield, breast and leg quarter weight and abdominal fat. In experiments, female broilers had a greater response to supplemental lysine when 18% CP was fed, but less response to supplemental lysine when 20 or 22% CP was fed for BWG, CY, BMW and leg quarter weight. The requirement for lysine at 18% CP (as a percentage of diet) were 1.1% for BWG, CY, BMW and leg quarter weight and at 20% CP were 1.0% for abdominal pod fat. As regards, reducing CP did case litter N, pH and humidity to decline both of these advantages will improve air quality within the poultry house.
