تاثیر مصرف مکمل کوئرستین بر CRP و IL-6 پس از یک جلسه تمرین مقاومتی وامانده ساز در مردان جوان

چکیده مقاله :
زمینه و هدف:فعالیتهایشدید بدنیموجب افزایشتولید شاخص های التهابی میشود،کهمىتواندسلامتو عملکرد ورزشکارانرابهمخاطرهبیندازد. کوئرستینیکفلاونوئیدباخواصآنتیاکسیدانیوضدالتهابیاست. بنابراین، مطالعه حاضر به منظور بررسی اثر مصرف مکمل کوئرستین بر CRP و IL-6متعاقب یک جلسه فعالیت مقاومتی وامانده ساز صورت گرفت. روش کار: این کارآزمایی بالینی دو سوکور کنترل شده با دارونما در 22 مرد جوان به مدت هفت روز انجام شد. افراد به صورت تصادفی در یکی از دو گروه کوئرستین(1000میلی گرم) و دارونما(1000میلی گرم دکستروز) قرار گرفتند. اندازهگیرىهاىپیکرسنجى و آزمایشهاىبیوشیمیایىخون(CRP و IL-6) درابتداوانتهاىمطالعهانجام شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده های به دست آمده با استفاده از آزمون آماری آنالیز واریانس با اندازه های تکراری(2×2) انجام وسطحمعنیداری 05/0>p0منظورگردید یافته ها:درانتهاىمطالعهدرگروه دارونماغلظت CRP و IL-6 سرم نسبت به پیش آزمون افزایش معنی دار یافت(05 /0>p). ولی در گروه مکمل کوئرستین این تغییرات معنی دار نبود. میانگیناین شاخص هادرانتهاىمطالعهبیندوگروهتفاوتمعنادارىبایک دیگرداشتند(05 /0>p). نتیجه گیری: نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه نشان داد که کوئرستین در پیشگیری از التهاب پس از ورزش مقاومتی وامانده ساز در مردان جوان موثر است.
