زمینه و هدف: تورم ضربه ای نگاری (TRP) بیماری متداول گاو است که ناشی از عملکرد دستگاه گوارش، تغذیه و تولید مثل نشخوارکنندگان می باشد. سواخ شدن دیواره نگاری به وسیله اجسام خارجی نوک تیز در جیره غذایی حیوان، به دنبال حرکات فیزیولوژیک انقباضی شکمبه و نگاری قبل و بعد از نشخوار رخ داده و اغلب منجر به پریتونیت شده و می تواند باعث درگیری سایر اعضاء نیز گردد. این بیماری در گاو با توجه به کاهش تولید و میزان تلفات بالا از اهمیت اقتصادی بالایی برخوردار است. هدف از مطالعه حاضر، بررسی احتمال حضور اجسام خارجی و انواع آن در گاوهای به ظاهرسالم جهت کشتار در کشتارگاه خرم آباد است.مواد و روش ها: جهت انجام این مطالعه از تاریخ 1/11/1392 لغایت 31/1/1393 و در مجموع 40 نوبت به کشتارگاه صنعتی گلشن خرم آباد مراجعه شد و بررسی بر روی 2400 رأس گاو کشتار شده (1300 رأس نر و 1100 رأس ماده) صورت پذیرفت. در هر مورد به جز ثبت جنسیت، سن دام نیز از روی فرمول دندانی مشخص گردید و بر این اساس دامها به چهار گروه سنی کمتر از 2 سال، 4-2 سال، 4-6 سال و بیشتر از 6 سال تقسیم شدند.نتایج: چسبندگی نگاری در 896 رأس (33/37%) از گاوهای تحت بررسی مشاهده گردید. انجام آزمون های آماری اختلاف بین دو جنس و گروه های سنی مختلف را از نظر وجود چسبندگی معنی دار دانست (p<0.01). اجسام خارجی در شکمبه و نگاری 1500 رأس (5/62%) از گاوها یافت گردید، ضمن اینکه 186 قطعه جسم خارجی فلزی، دیواره نگاری 165 رأس از گاوها را سوراخ کرده بود.نتیجهگیری: با توجه به وجود اجسام خارجی، اختلاف آماری معنی داری بین دو جنس و گروه های سنی مختلف مشاهده گردید (p<0.01). ارتباط بین وجود چسبندگی و حضور اجسام خارجی فلزی در گاوهای تحت بررسی نیز معنی دار بود (p<0.01).
چکیده انگلیسی:
Introduction & Objective: Traumatic bloat (TRP) is a common disease of cattle that is caused by the performance of the digestive, feeding and reproductive systems of ruminants. Rumination of the rumen by sharp external objects in the animal's diet, following the physiological contractions of the rumen and rumen before and after rumination, often leads to peritonitis and can cause involvement of other organs as well. This disease in cattle is of great economic importance due to the decrease in production and high death rate. The purpose of the present study is to investigate the possibility of presence external bodies and their types in seemingly healthy cattle for slaughter in Khorramabad slaughterhouse.
Materials and Methods: In order to carry out this study from February 2014 to May of 2014, a total of 40 times were made to Golshan Khorramabad industrial slaughterhouse and the study was done on 2400 slaughtered (male and female). In each case, except for registering the sex, the age of the animal was determined from the dental formula and based on this, animals were divided into 4 age groups (under 2 years, 2-4 years, 4-6 years and top of 6 years old).
Results: Adhesion of reticular was observed in 896 under reviewed Cows. Statistical analysis shows differences between two sexes and different age groups of adhesion existence (p<0.01). There were external objects in rumen and reticulum of 1500 cows (%62.5), while 186 pieces metal external objects had perforated wall of reticulum of 165 cows.
Conclusion: Regarding the presence of external objects, A significant statistical difference was observed between the two sexes and different age groups (p<0.01). Also, relationship between adherence and presence of external objects in under reviewed Cows was meaningful (p<0.01).
