The ethical principles of the quarterly scientific journal “New Researches of Management in Sports and Health “are based on the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines. All contributors to the journal, including authors, editors, editorial staff, reviewers, officials, and office staff, are expected to adhere to these ethical principles. Any plagiarism or immoral behaviour will certainly result in the removal of the paper from the review process. This charter is designed to determine the duties and responsibilities of the editor, writers, editorial board, and referees:

Respect for Intellectual Property Rights: Efforts will be made to provide all the authors' copyrights with accurate information and prevent the publication of the contents of this journal by others. In addition, pre-published papers in the journal will not be made available to others in any format and will only be accessible to those in charge of the journal.

Scientific, Professional, and Fair Review: Decisions on the scientific validity of papers are made at all stages regardless of gender, ethnicity, race, or sexual, religious, political, or ideological orientations. Moreover, all papers will be referred to expert reviewers without mentioning the author’s name.

Confidentiality: The authors' profiles are always kept confidential before the print and review stage, and no one other than the journal's editors will have access to the mentioned information and the paper files.

Authors, judges, editors, and editorial staff can refer to the Ethics Committee website at Committee on Publication Ethics to learn more about the ethical rules and regulations of journals.
