چکیده مقاله :
هدف مطالعه حاضر، تعیین الگوی توانمندی دولت الکترونیک بر ارتقاء اعتماد سازمان و نقش تعدیل گر مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی در کارشناسان وزارت ورزش و جوانان می باشد. این مطالعه توصیفی - همبستگی بر روی 110 نفر از کارشناسان وزارت ورزش و جوانان که بصورت تصادفی ساده انتخاب شده بودند، انجام شد. ابزار مورد استفاده، پرسشنامه های جمعیت شناختی، دولت الکترونیک، اعتماد سازمانی و مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی سازمان بوده است. روایی صوری محتوا به روش کیفی و همگرایی پرسشنامه ها و پایایی به روش همسانی درونی با محاسبه ضریب آلفا کرونباخ به مقدار 8/0 و پایایی مرکب تایید شد. دادههای جمع آوری شده، در نرم افزارهای اس پی اس اس نسخه 18، و پی ال اس نسخه 23 تحلیل شد. مقادیر آماره t برای ارتباط دولت الکترونیک با اعتماد سازمانی با نقش تعدیلگر مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی به مقدار 34/18 مثبت بوده و معنادار گزارش شد. مقادیر ضرایب استاندارد مسیر دولت الکترونیک بر مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی، مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی بر اعتماد سازمانی و دولت الکترونیک بر اعتماد سازمانی با واسطه مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی514/0 مثبت گزارش شد. همبستگی مثبت و معنادار بین توانمندی دولت الکترونیک بر ارتقاء اعتماد سازمانی وجود دارد. متغیر مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی در رابطه بین توانمندی دولت الکترونیک بر اعتماد سازمانی نقش تعدیلگر نسبی را ایفا می کند.
The purpose of this study is to determine the e-government capability model on promoting the institutional trust of the organization and the moderating role of ethical responsibility in the experts of the Ministry of Sports and Youth. This descriptive-correlational study was performed on 110 experts of the Ministry of Sports and Youth who were simple randomly selected (lottery). The instruments used were demographic questionnaire, "E-Government Questionnaire", " Organizational Trust Questionnaire " and "Corporate Moral Responsibility Questionnaire". Face and content validity by qualitative method approved and convergence of questionnaires and reliability by internal consistency method were evaluated and confirmed by calculating Cronbach's alpha coefficient as 0.8 and composite reliability. The collected data were analyzed in SPSS. 18 and PLS. 23. The value of t-statistic was 18.34 for the relationship between e-government and organizational trust with the mediating role of social responsibility. The values of standard coefficients of e-government path on social responsibility, social responsibility on organizational trust and e-government on organizational trust through social responsibility were reported to be 0.514 positive. There is a positive and significant correlation between the ability of e-government to promote organizational trust. The variable of social responsibility in the relationship between e-government capability on organizational trust plays a relative moderating role.
