According to the findings of the Dimitel Fazi test, it was determined that, in order of priority, the concepts of planning and management, cultural, facilities, psychology and awareness are among the effective indicators and the concepts of creating self-confidence, group organization, public relations. , increasing social intelligence, goal setting and goal selection are effective indicators. In a general conclusion, it should be stated that the concept of teamwork at elementary ages can be institutionalized through sports activities, and for this purpose, more attention should be paid to the main concepts such as management and planning and efforts to build culture. Because if the planning is correct, the strengthening of teamwork will not be temporary, and more importantly, with culture building, there is no need to spend large amounts of money to encourage people towards teamwork
