ارزیابی اثرت اجرای طرح هادی در توسعه کالبدی روستاها از دیدگاه روستاییان (مورد مطالعه: شهرستان رباطکریم - استان تهران)

چکیده مقاله :
مقدمه: تهیه و اجرای طرح هادی روستایی به منظور توسعه فیزیکی روستاهای ایران اجرا شده است. ارزیابی اثرات کالبدی اجرای طرحها موضوع مهمی است که میتواند از یکسو پیامدهای اجرای طرح را در روستاها مشخص کند و از سوی دیگر با شناسایی قوتها و ضعفهای موجود، اطلاعات لازم را برای مدیریت بهتر طرحها فراهم نماید. هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزیابی اثرات کالبدی اجرای طرح هادی در شهرستان رباطکریم تهیه شده است. روش شناسی و تحقیق: این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی-تحلیلی بوده که به منظور پیشبرد آن از دو روش اسنادی و پیمایشی استفاده شده است. در روش اسنادی به مطالعه و بررسی کتب، مجلات و دیگر اسناد مرتبط با موضوع پژوهش پرداخته شده و در روش پیمایشی از تکنیک پرسشنامه برای جمعآوری اطلاعات استفاده شده است. سپس در محیطهای نرمافزار آماری Excel و SpssWin23، از آزمون t تک نمونهای جهت تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها استفاده گردید. جامعه آماری شامل 13 روستا از دو دهستان منجیل آباد و وهن آباد هستند که نزدیک به بیش از یک دهه طرح هادی در آنها به اجرا درآمده است. تعداد حجم نمونه با روش نمونهگیری کوکران 270 خانوار بوده که به صورت نمونهگیری تصادفی مورد پرسشگری قرار گرفتند. قلمرو جغرافیایی پژوهش: شهرستان رباطکریم در جنوب غربی استان تهران، با مساحتی معادل 549 کیلومترمربع از شمال به شهرستانهای شهریار و کرج، از شرق و جنوب به شهرستانهای ری و اسلامشهر و از غرب به شهرستانهای ساوه محدود است. یافته ها و بحث: یافتههای مطالعه بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده از آزمون t تک نمونهای نشان میدهد، اجرای طرح هادی در روستاهای مورد مطالعه به ترتیب بهترین عملکرد را در متغیرهای مسکن (83/3)، توزیع خدمات (77/3)، شبکه معابر (67/3) و زیستمحیطی (30/3) داشته است. نتایج: بنابراین اجرای طرح هادی در محدوده مورد مطالعه به طور نسبی عملکرد موفقیتآمیز و تأثیرات مثبت و معناداری را بر بعد کالبدی داشته است. اما میزان تأثیرات کالبدی طرح در هر یک از متغیرها و مؤلفههای کالبدی با یکدیگر تفاوت دارد.
Preparation and implementation of a rural guide plan for the physical development of villages in Iran. The assessment of the physical effects of implementation of projects is an important issue that can determine the implications of the implementation of the project in the villages and, on the other hand, identify the strengths and weaknesses available to provide the necessary information for better management of projects. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the physical effects of Conductor Plan design in Robatkarim. The research method is descriptive-analytic. The statistical population consists of 13 villages in two districts of Manjil Abad and Vahn Abad, which have been implemented for more than a decade. The sample size was 240 households by using Cochran sampling method, which was questioned by random sampling. The findings of the study, based on the results of a one-sample t-test, show that the implementation of the Conductor Plan has a relatively successful performance and has positive and significant effects on the physical dimension. But the physical effects of the plan differ from each other in each of the physical variables and components.
