چکیده مقاله :
هدف اصلی تحقیق حاضر ارائه مدلی جهت شناخت تأثیریکپارچگی زنجیره تأمین بر عملکرد زنجیره تأمین با میانجی گری رقابت‌پذیری در شرکت‌های داروسازیاست. این تحقیق پژوهشی کاربردی و از لحاظ نحوه اجرای تحقیق؛ پژوهشی توصیفی-علّی است. نظر به اینکه این تحقیق یک پژوهش توصیفی-کاربردی است و از ابزار پرسش نامه برای گردآوری نظرات استفاده‌شده، جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل شرکت‌های تولیدی فعال در صنعت دارویی ایران است. براساس آمار و اطلاعات دریافتی تعداد این شرکت‌ها برابر با 146 شرکت می‌باشد. نمونه آماری تحقیق شامل مدیران اجرایی شرکت است که دارای سابقه فعالیت حداقل 5 سال در شرکت هستند. چراکه بایستی آشنایی کلی به مباحث مختلف زنجیره تأمین داشته باشند.لذا نمونه ای به حجم 98 شرکت از طریق فرمول کوکران به طریق نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. برای تحلیل استنباطی متغیرها در این پژوهش از آزمون های تحلیل های عاملی و رگرسیون چندگانه و همبستگی استفاده و از نرم‌افزارهای SPSS24و PLS کمک گرفته می‌شود.به منظور جمع‌آوری داده ها از پرسش نامه با آلفای کرونباخ 91/0 که پرسش نامه های فوق دارای طیف پنج گزینه ای مقیاس لیکرت می باشد، استفاده گردید. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد، یکپارچگی زنجیره تأمین بر عملکرد کلاس جهانی و رقابت‌پذیری تأثیرگذار است. همچنین اثبات نمود، رقابت پذیری بر عملکرد کلاس جهانی نیز مؤثر می باشد.
The primary aim of the present study was to provide a model for understanding the impact of supply chain integration on supply chain performance with the mediating role of competitiveness in pharmaceutical companies in Iran. In terms of the purpose and implementation, this research is an applied and descriptive-causal study, respectively. It employed a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire to collect the research data in which the Alpha was calculated at 0.91, showing a high level of internal consistency. The research population comprised 146 active manufacturing companies in pharmaceutical industry of I.R. Based on the Cochran's formula, the data was obtained from a randomly selected sample of 98 executive managers with a minimum of five-year experience who were assumed to be competent respondents acquainted with various supply chain issues. SPSS 24 and PLS software were employed to conduct the inferential analyses of the research data via Factor analysis, multiple regression and correlation The findings revealed that the supply chain integration influences world class performanceand competitiveness and that competitiveness impacts onworld class performanceas well.
