بررسی رابطه هوش رقابتی مدیران با نوینسازی صنایع کوچک

چکیده مقاله :
با ظهور فن آوری های جدید انفورماتیک، تحولاتی در توانایی های واحدهای صنعتی، روش های تولید و توزیع و ساختار تشکیلاتی بنگاه ها ایجاد شده که بر اهمیت رشد و توسعۀ صنایع کوچک و متوسط در ساختار صنعتی کشورها افزوده است. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطۀ هوش رقابتی مدیران با نوین سازی صنایع کوچک استان آذربایجان شرقی می باشد. در این پژوهش، ابعاد هوش رقابتی بر اساس نظریۀ دانشکدۀ مدیریت فرانسه (GTILAB) شامل آگاهی های تجاری، وضعیت رقبا، فن آوری تکنیکی و راهبردی- اجتماعی با شاخص های نوین سازی صنایع کوچک تعیین شده است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش، مدیران صنایع کوچک سازمان مورد مطالعه به تعداد 2713 نفر می باشد. حجم نمونۀآماری با استفاده از رابطۀ کوکران 337 به دست آمده است. روش نمونۀگیری به صورت تصادفی طبقه ای می باشد. ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات در این پژوهش پرسش نامه محقق ساخته می باشد. مدل ارائه شده با استفاده از معادلات ساختا ری (SEM) با حداقل مربعات جزئی (PLS) مورد آزمایش قرار گرفت. نتایج حاصل از داده های جمع آوری شده از مدیران صنایع کوچک استان آذربایجان شرقی نشان می دهد که هوش رقابتی بر ابعاد چهارگانۀ آن با نوین سازی صنایع کوچک مورد مطالعه، تأثیر مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد.
This study aimed at identifying the effect of managers' competitive intelligence on modernization of small industries in East Azerbaijan province. In this study the competitive intelligence dimensions based on French management Faculty theory which included (trade, technical, social, strategic awareness and competitors situation)on modernization of small industries indices have been studied. The research population included small industries managers which added up to 2713 people. Using Cochran's formula the sample size was 337 people. The sampling method was stratified random sampling. To gather the data a researcher made questionnaire was used. The presented model, using structural equation modeling (SEM) with partial least square the research hypotheses were tested. The results showed that the competitive intelligence and its four dimensions have positive and meaningful effect on the modernization of the small industries.
