بررسی رابطه مهارت های ارتباطی مدیران و تعهد سازمانی کارکنان در شرکت نرم افزاری راهبرد تهران

چکیده مقاله :
این تحقیق با هدف بررسی رابطه مهارتهای مدیران (مهارت کلامی، مهارت شنود موثر، مهارت بازخور) وتعهد سازمانی کارکنان شرکت نرمافزاری راهبرد تهران انجام داده شده است. بدین منظور ضمن مرور نظریههای موجود در مورد ارتباطات سازمانی و ویژگیهای ارتباطات موثر و تعهد سازمانی؛ به بررسی رابطه مهارتهای ارتباطی مدیران و تعهد سازمانی کارکنان در سازمان مورد مطالعه پرداخته شده است. روش تحقیق پژوهش حاضر از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق کلیه کارکنان شرکت نرمافزاری راهبرد تهران به تعداد 46 مدیر و 450 کارمند میباشد. نمونهگیری به روش تصادفی ساده صورت پذیرفته و تعداد آن 300 نفر بوده است. جمع آوری اطلاعات به روش پرسشنامهای و مصاحبه بوده و برای تعیین پایایی آن از آلفای کروبناخ استفاده شده که دارای پایایی 78/0 بوده است. براساس تحلیل خروجیهای پرسشنامه و مصاحبه مشخص شد که: بین مهارتهای ارتباطی مدیران و تعهد سازمانی آنها رابطه مستقیم وجود دارد.
This study tries to investigate the relationship between the managers skills i.e. verbal, effective hearing, feedback skill and employees organizational commitment in Tehran rahboard Software Company. To do so the study, in addition to reviewing the available theories about the organizational communication, commitment and the characteristics of effective communication, has investigated the effect of managers’ communicational skill in the organization. The research methodology was descriptive survey. The statistical population was all the employees in Tehran rahboard software which included 46 manager and 450 employee.Throught simple random sampling the statistical sample was 300 people. By the use of questionnaire and interview the data was collected and the reliability of %75 was obtained using cronbach alpha. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between manager’s communicational skills and their organizational commitment.
