بررسی رابطه بین سرمایه فکری و بهرهوری در صنایع تولیدی ایران

چکیده مقاله :
شرکت های موفق به این موضوع پی بردهاند که سرمایهگذاری بر روی سرمایههای فکری بهمنظور ایجاد محصولات و خدمات با ارزش ضروری است. علاوه بر این، در شرایطی که فضا برای جذب سرمایههای جدید، ناامن است، شرکت ها گزینه ای جز استفاده مطلوب از منابع موجود ندارند، لذا در این صورت بهره وری به عنوان استفاده کارآمد و موثر از منابع برای تولید تعریف می شود. اهمیت این تحقیق در برجستهسازی نقش سرمایه فکری در بهرهوری صنایع مواد و محصولات شیمیایی می باشد. در این تحقیق ابتدا ارزش سرمایه فکری شرکت های سرمایهگذاری بر اساس روشی کاربردی و همچنین ارزش بهرهوری بر اساس شاخصهای بهرهوری ارائهشده توسط سازمان بهرهوری ملی ایران برای دوره زمانی 10 ساله از 1379 تا 1388 محاسبه و در مرحله بعد ارتباط بین سرمایه فکری و بهرهوری شرکت های سرمایهگذاری فعال در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران صنعت مواد و محصولات شیمیایی بهصورت مطالعه موردی ارزیابی شده است. روش آماری استفادهشده به منظور تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها، روش حداقل مربعات تعمیمیافته[1]میباشد. بهطورکلی هدف این تحقیق، بررسی رابطه بین سرمایه فکری و بهرهوری شرکتها میباشد. یافته مهم این مقاله حاکی از رابطه معنادار بین کارایی سرمایه انسانی و بهرهوری نیروی کار است.
Successful companies have realized that investment on intellectual capital to create valuable products and services is essential. Moreover, in unsafe situations for new investment, enterprise has no choice except optimal use of available resources, Productivity is defined as an efficient and effective use of resources for production. The importance of this research is in highlighting the role of intellectual capital in the productivity of materials and chemical products industry. Firstly, in this study the value of intellectual capital investment companies based on the method applied and also the value of productivity based on productivity indicators presented by national Iranian productivity organization for a period of 10 years from 1379 to 1388 calculated and next the relationship between intellectual capital and the productivity of investment companies in Tehran stock exchange of material and chemical products has been assessed. The statistical method used to analyze data is GLS. General purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between intellectual capital and company productivity. The important finding of this research is a positive relation between human capital efficiency and labor productivity.
