The aim of the current research was to compile a model of parents’ participation and to investigate its effect on effective management in the school with a combination strategy of sequential exploratory type. The research environment was the qualitative stage, the library section and all scientific- research articles, internal and external theses, books, international conferences and high- quality documents. It was a purposeful sampling and continued until the researcher reached theoretical saturation. Content validity was used by experts to check the quality of the content. Reliability analysis was done with Holsty’s reliability coefficient. In the qualitative part, Trial Sterling’s theme analysis method was used. The results of the analysis of the findings led to the identification of an overarching theme parent- school interaction, five organizing themes, practical approach interaction, culture- building interaction, organizational arrangements, management interaction and alignment of attitude and performance, and the basic theme. Society statistics in the quantitative section of principals of three academic years, Elementary, first and secondary schools, cluster sampling was done using the Cohen-Manion formula and 535 principals were selected. The researcher’s list of information collection tools was made based on the findings of the qualitative section, including 120 items. In the quantitative part , form and content validity and construct validity were used using confirmatory factor analysis. Cronbach’s alpha reliability and composite reliability were used to measure reliability. The model was evaluated using the structural equation model and second- order factor analysis. The results showed that the measurement models have a good fit, with all these factors included in the main model, the said model also had a good fit.
