چکیده مقاله :
این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تأثیر خرد رهبران بر رفتار شهروند سازمانی با نقش میانجی فرهنگ سازمانی در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی شهر تهران انجام شد.روش پژوهش برحسب هدف کاربردی، از نظر روش گرداوری داده ها توصیفی- همبستگی و همین طور از نظر نوع داده کمی بود.جامعه آماری پژوهش اساتید هیئتعلمی دانشگاه های آزاد شهر تهرانبودند که با استفاده از محاسبه حجم نمونه در معادلات ساختاری و روش نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه ای مرحله ای، تعداد 700 نفر به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شد که همگی اعضای هیئتعلمی تماموقت بودند. به منظور گرداوری داده ها از سه پرسشنامه استاندارد خرد آردلت (2003)،رفتار شهروند سازمانی اورگان و کانوسکی (1996) و فرهنگسازمانی دنیسون (2000) استفاده شد.پس از جمع آوری پرسشنامه ها، توصیف داده ها از طریق میانگین، انحراف معیار و ... از طریق نرم افزار Spss-21 و استنباط آماری داده ها از طریق مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و به کمک نرمافزار LISREL-v8.80 انجام پذیرفت.ویژگی های فنی پرسشنامه شامل پایایی، روایی همگرا و روایی واگرا بررسی گردید.ضرایبمسیر و ضرایب معناداری نرمافزار برای بررسی فرضیه های پژوهش مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند.نتایج نشان داد، درجه تناسب مدل ارائه شده با توجه به مؤلفه های پژوهش مناسب بود؛ هم چنین خرد رهبران بر رفتار شهروند سازمانی با نقش میانجی فرهنگسازمانی تأثیر داشت.
چکیده انگلیسی:
The aim of this study was to evaluate the impact of leaders’ wisdom on organizational citizenship behavior with the mediating role of organizational culture among Azad university faculty members of Tehran City. The research method was practical and descriptive type and quantitative. The population consisted of 700 full time faculty members in Tehran Azad University that were selected through cluster random sampling method. To collect the data, three standard questionnaires were used: (a) organizational wisdom by Ardlet (2003), (b) organizational citizenship behavior by Organ and Kanofski (1996), and organizational culture by Dennison (2000). After collecting the data, they were desescribed in terms of the mean and standard deviation through SPSS-21 software and inferential statistics was carried out through structural equation modeling with the help of LISREL-v8.80 software. Technical characteristics of the questionnaires were assessed including reliability, validity, convergent and divergent validity. Path coefficient and significant ones were used to test the hypotheses. The results showed that the degree of appropriateness of the proposed model was ideal with regard to research components. Also the results of the study indicated that leader wisdom had significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior with the mediating role of organizational culture among Azad university faculty members.
